1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of Everlight's website and services. By using Everlight you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the memorials, tributes, photos, writing and other content you create. You give us permission to host and display it as needed to provide the services, including showing it to the people you choose to share it with.

Please only upload content you have the right to share, and be respectful: do not post content that is unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may moderate or remove content that breaches these terms.

4. Payments

Paid products and subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel them from your billing settings.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Refund requests can be made by contacting us.

5. Support services are not a substitute for professional care

Everlight offers grief support resources and tools. They are not medical, psychological or crisis services. If you are in crisis or at risk, please contact emergency services (000 in Australia) or Lifeline on 13 11 14.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Everlight available and your content safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the services and these terms; we will post the updated version here.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the services or refunding the amount you paid for them.

8. Contact
